Our Mission

Next - movie and wine tasting Friday Night November 7 at 6pm

Bottle Shock movie is a charming, sunny underdog story with a fantastic cast and a wonderful true story. The film is a light, enjoyable dramedy with a great classic rock soundtrack. It’s about the time in 1976 when California Wines, both a white Chardonnay and a red Cabernet Sauvignon, won a blind tasting in Paris that put US wines on the world map for the first time.

We have some wine! Some have already donated some wine, so there will be some available to taste. Feel free to bring a bottle if you want as well, or a munchie. We will also provide some cheese and meats in a charcuterie setup.

And Then

Following this, on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th, we have a special Thanksgiving Feast, hosted and offered by Monica and Rich who live on Cape Split in Addison. This is offered to participants in the WIC or SNAP programs who might be affected by the current situation.
